"Coffee Pot Roast"
| Ingredients | | | 6 | each | carrots, peeled, diced | | | 2 | cup | potatoes, peeled, diced | | | 2 | pound | beef, pot roast | | | 1 | | salt, to taste | | | 1 | | pepper, to taste | | | 1 | cup | tomatoes, canned | | | 1 | cup | coffee, black | | | 1 | cup | water | | | | | |
Directions:
| Put vegetables in cooker. Add beef, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and liquids. Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours or until tender. If desired, thicken with flour and water base.
